To provide a rubbing hand for a rubbing drier capable of easily adjusting the spring pressure of a coil spring elastically supporting the rubbing hand and improving the workability of spring pressure adjustment.

The rubbing hand is provided with a rubbing hand arm 13 fixed to a main shaft and rotated in a rubbing chamber by the rotation of the main shaft, a spatula 14 fitted to the tip of the rubbing hand arm 13 for rubbing tea leaves between it and the bottom face of the rubbing chamber, a screw rod 15 formed with a male screw on the outer peripheral face, a coil spring 16 for elastically supporting the spatula 14, and a spring receiver 17 formed with a female screw to be screwed to the male screw of the screw rod 15 on the inner peripheral face and fixing the end section of the coil spring 16 at a prescribed position to adjust the spring pressure of the coil spring 16.
