Abstract:
To improve work efficiency at a periodic inspection by using a rubbing jig tool having a proper shape and rigidity for the rubbing work of a steam valve in power generation equipment.SOLUTION: A rubbing jig tool (100) of a steam valve for use in the rubbing of a rubbing-objective portion of a valve seat (15) of the steam valve (10) or a main valve comprises a rubbing jig tool main body (111) which is formed into a rotationally-symmetric shape around a center axis, and in which a portion which can adhere to the rubbing-objective portion (15) is formed over a peripheral direction. The rubbing jig tool main body (111) uses a thermoplastic resin as a material, and an internal structure is a grid structure or a cubic structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
