To provide a rubbish sack closing tape capable of sealing certainly the opening part of a rubbish sack such as polyethylene sack by binding the opening part through a simple procedure while the constitution remains very simple and being embodied in a shape easy to carry around even in transit in the sealed condition.

The rubbish sack closing tape is formed in a ring shape by joining together the free ends of a tape material having a specified length, wherein a provisional fastening line to allow easy dividing is provided from the center of one edge in longitudinal direction of the closing tape to a position before the other edge.
