Abstract:
To provide a device and method for measuring the rattling amount of a control surface, which make work simple and reduce work man-hours to reduce costs.SOLUTION: An actuator 11B of actuators 11A, 11B for steering the same control surface 20 is brought in a state of being not driven, and the actuator 11A is driven in one direction. After the stroke value of the actuator 11B changes in one direction, the actuator 11A is driven in the other direction, and the stroke value of the actuator 11A when changing from one direction to the other direction is acquired as a first stroke value. After the actuator 11A is driven in the other direction, the stroke value of the actuator 11A when the stroke value of the actuator 11B starts changing in the other direction is acquired as a second stroke value. A difference between the first stroke and the second stroke is calculated as the sum of rattling amounts of the actuators 11A, 11B with respect to the control surface 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
