Abstract:
PURPOSE: To further improve the antislip property and design characteristic of rugged patterns of the rugged molding sheet.
CONSTITUTION: This rugged molding sheet S is constituted by forming the rugged patterns of a prescribed shape on one surface of a blank sheet 10 in tight contact therewith. The rugged patterns of the sheet are formed to a multilayered form by plural pattern elements 4 varying in the whole or a part of the sizes, shapes and characteristics thereof. The process for production of the projection molding sheet consists in using plural sheets of hole plates 5, taking the hole plates 5 by each one sheet out of these hole plates 5, injecting an elastomer liquid raw material P into this hole plate 5, placing the ensuing hole plates 5 successively thereon after curing of the raw material to a half cured state and repeating the similar operations until finally the rugged patterns of the prescribed shape are formed on the blank sheet 10 in tight contact therewith.
