Abstract:
To accurately form a ruled line hardly damaging a surface of a corrugated cardboard sheet, and to secure durability of a protruded bar part.SOLUTION: A ruled line processing tool 7 is mounted to a box making apparatus that produces a corrugated cardboard box from a corrugated cardboard sheet and processes a ruled line to the corrugated cardboard sheet. The ruled line processing tool includes: a base part sheet 71 that is mounted to a peripheral face of a mounted rotary cylinder; and a resin-made protruded bar part 72 that is arranged in a fixed manner on the base part sheet 71 and processes the ruled line on the corrugated cardboard sheet. In the protruded bar part 72, a width Wt of a top part is 2-4 mm, a width Wb of a bottom part is 10-15 mm, and a height H is 5-9 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
