Abstract:
To improve run flat durability, while restraining an increase in tire mass.
This run flat tire 1 has a toroidal carcass 6 reaching a bead core 5 of a bead part 4 via a sidewall part 3 from a tread part 2, and a side reinforcing body 9 arranged inside the carcass 6 and forming a cross-sectional substantially crescent shape. The side reinforcing body 9 is characterized by including a rubber part 9A and a reinforcing cord layer 9B covered with the rubber part.
