Abstract:
To provide a run flat tire which obtains high load bearing capability, high durability, space saving and high durability of a carcass.SOLUTION: In a run flat tire 10 with an outer diameter of 350 mm or more and 600 mm or less and a tire width of 125 mm or more and 255 mm or less, a flatness ratio is 40% or more and 75% or less, a rim diameter is 10 inches or more and 22 inches or less, and a rim width of a rim wheel 100 is 3.8 inches or more and 8 inches or less. The pneumatic tire satisfies relations of 0.78≤rim width RW/tire width SW≤0.99 and 0.56≤rim diameter RD/outer diameter OD≤0.75. The carcass 40 has a body part 41 and a folding part 42 folded to the outside in a tire width direction, and a plurality of carcass cords arranged at intervals. The carcass cords are formed of predetermined organic fibers, and a tip part of the folding part 42 is wound around an outside part in a tire radial direction of a bead core 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
