Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling control device which enables traveling while taking into consideration an influence to a surrounding environment.SOLUTION: A traveling control device comprises: an engine and a motor as drive sources; communication means 101 which performs communication with the other vehicle in a prescribed region from an own vehicle, and performs the transfer and reception of vehicle information; control mode determination means 102 which determines a control mode of the own vehicle so as to adjust an engine use rate of the own vehicle on the basis of the vehicle information obtained from the other vehicle by the communication means 101; and vehicle apparatus control means 103 which controls a vehicle apparatus 120 of the own vehicle on the basis of the control mode which is determined by the control mode determination means 102.
