Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to change and adjust the relative stop position and to improve the stop precision easily in a short time, by fitting a detected tape, whose fitting position and length are adjusted, to the part opposite to the photoelectric switch. CONSTITUTION:Left stop detector 1, left center detector 2, right center detector 3, and right stop detector 4 used for detection of the automatic stop timing are fitted to the sid face of running material 12, and deceleration point detector 5 is fitted which is used for detection of the deceleration point of the running material. These detectors consist of reflective photoelectric switches, and electric power is always supplied to them, and beams for detection are emitted from photoelectric switches themselves. Tapes for to be detected 6, 7 and 8 are fitted to the side face of material to be detected 14 and reflect beams for detection to operate photoelectric switches, thereby stopping running material 12 at a prescribed position.
