Abstract:
PURPOSE:To secure an easy coping with alteration of the layout and others by having the mutual detection for the opposing unmanned running cars which stopped once at the stopping point and then giving run to these cars in the opposite direction to each other. CONSTITUTION:Unmanned running cars 5A and 5B are on main route 1 of the single lane in the opposite direction to each other, and they pass through on shunting route 2 provided at a certain section of route 1. In this case, temporary stopping points 11A and 11B for cars 5A and 5B at the position where route 1 and 2 oppose to each other, and detectors 12A and 12B plus detected substances 13A and 13B are installed to each car. Thus cars 5A and 5B stopped at opposing stopping points 11A and 11B detect 13A and 13B via 12A and 12B to each other and then run to the opposite direction to each other. As a result, an each coping is ensured with the installation work, the increment of the unmanned cars, the alteration of the layout and others.
