SOLUTION: This running cutting machine 10 is arranged on the fore side of a forming roll group and on the rear side of a strip steel pooling device, and it is composed so as to cut and separate the strip steel during running. In this case, it is composed of a carriage 16 moving synchronously with the strip steel 14 and fusing cutting equipment 17 which is mounted on the carriage 16 and moved freely to the lateral crossing direction by a right angle to the running direction of the strip steel 14.
