To adjust a warp of an overhang door easily based on its dimension and stop the overhang door at a predetermined position by providing a running part which moves and guides the overhang door along a guide groove on a fixed side in such a manner that it can be opened and closed freely and a right and left position adjusting means which adjusts a mounting position in the direction of opening, closing, and travel of the running part in a casing.

A running part 4 which moves and guides an overhang door A along a running guide groove 3 on a head jamb (fixed part) W side in a condition in which it is suspended in such a manner that it can be opened and closed freely in the right and left directions and a right and left position adjusting means C which adjusts a mounting position in the direction of opening, closing, and travel of the running part 4 for a casing B are provided in the casing B provided with a mounting part 1 for the overhang door A which is made of wood and is single swinging type. Consequently, even if a mounting error in the direction of opening, closing, and travel of a fixed position stop means provided on a rail on which the running part runs and a dimensional error in the direction of opening, closing, and travel due to the use for a long time of the fixed part side such as a column occur, it is possible to adjust in a condition in which the fixed position stop means functions securely when an interval between end faces of both sliding doors which are closed becomes a set interval easily.
