Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the running management system for a mobile object in which entry of a departure, a transit and a destination or the like is made at one location and a driver of each mobile object allows simple operation of the system and ease of operation is offered.
CONSTITUTION: The system is made up of a data entry device 6 provided with a map data storage means 1, a point setting means 2 setting each point of a departure, a transit and a destination on map data called from the map data storage means 1, a route calculation means 3 calculating a recommended route between the points on the map data, and a write means 5 writing the set data of each point and data of recommended route to a storage medium 4, up of mobile objects 7 each provided with an own position detection means 8 detecting a position of the mobile object 7 itself, a read means 9 reading data written in the storage medium 4, and a route guide means 10 guiding the route based on the read point data, the data of the recommended route and data of its own position detected by the own position detection means 8.
