Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize head fixation and the close sticking of a heel portion to a shoe by fixing a shoe instep portion by tightening the shoelace of the shoe instep portion, inserting into the belt insertion hole of each belt insertion ring each tightening belt attached to both right and left sides of a tongue leather upper portion, and tightening each, and conducting stop- attaching fixation by means of each stop-attacher.
CONSTITUTION: An instep cover main body 2 is formed by attaching sewingly an extension/ contraction belt 16 to the foot opening portion 20 of the instep cover main body 2 and forming an eyelet decoration 3 having lace holes 4, at a foot instep portion C. An outcounter 19 which forms on the outer and inner instep sides of the instep cover main body 2 each counter belt 23 fitted with each belt insertion ring 8 having each belt insertion hole, is formed at a heel portion. Each tightening belt 7 that is provided with a stop-attacher at its back is sewingly attached to both the right and left sides of a tongue leather upper portion 22, and a tongue leather portion 6 consisting of the tongue leather upper portion 22 and a tongue leather lower portion 21 is formed. A shoelace 5 is inserted into the lace holes 4 of the eyelet decoration 3 formed at the foot instep portion C of the instep cover main body 2, and at the same time each tightening belt 7 is inserted into the belt insertion hole of each belt insertion ring 8 formed at each counter belt 23, and with this and the shoelace 5, the adjustment of tightening/loosening is counducted.
