Abstract:
To provide running shoes to enable effective running and walking by storing shock when landing as energy and by discharging the energy when kicking with a forefoot part.
A board spring 5 having a restoring force to return to the original gap 3 is formed to narrow the gap 3 when an external power is applied by connecting a solid stomping plate 1 and a solid ground plate 2 with an appropriate gap 3 at the connecting part 4 of the heel, and the board spring 5 is attached to the sole of the running shoes with the forefoot part of the solid stomping plate 1.
