PURPOSE: To give a player of a running toy an impact interest as toy by arranging a rotary member to rotate a specified direction when the rotary member is connected to a power source part abutting a cam and an acoustic device to start operation when the rotary member is connected to the power source part abutting the cam.

CONSTITUTION: A cam 18 which is adapted to turn a 2-speed motor 14 counterclockwise up to before the speed thereof increases after the pull-back time and turned clockwise as the number of revolutions thereof increases after specified time passes is mounted free to turn and a tip part is formed on the cam 18. The tip part has a first rotary member 19 formed thereon and a first working rod 19a turns clockwise. The first working rod 19a rotates a second rotary member 21 counterclockwise and a working rod 21c of the rotary member 21 abuts a switch plate 23a of a power source part 23. A flash lamp 27a of a flash device 27 connected to the switch plate 23a flashes and an imitation sound of a siren is generated from an acoustic device 26 thereby enabling increase in interest as toy.
