Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of training muscle power required for a user's natural travel movement in a simple and easy manner.SOLUTION: A running training device 100 includes: a mounting platform 10 on which a user U mounts; an elastic support part 20 that supports the mounting platform 10 in a vertically swingable manner and flexibly biases the mounting platform 10 upward; an acceleration part 50 for imparting acceleration to the mounting platform 10 periodically in concert with the swing cycle of the mounting platform 10. The acceleration part 50 imparts upward acceleration to the mounting platform 10 when the vertically swinging mounting platform 10 is in a position lower than the swing center.
