When running drive gears 30a, 30b are connected with a direct advance transmission gear 9 by a steering clutch mechanism 20, running devices 34a, 34b are driven by the direct advance transmission gear 9. When the running drive gears 30a, 30b are connected with turn gears 19a, 19b by the steering clutch mechanism 20, the running devices 34a, 34b are driven by the turn gears 19a, 19b and are braked by a turn brake 12 attached to an intermediate transmission shaft 13. The turn brake 12 is a meshing type brake and is energized on an in side by a brake spring. By operating a mode selection lever 70 along a linear operation path, brake turn mode, pivotal turn mode, and gentle turn mode are selectively realized.
