Abstract:
The invention provides a shaking correction feature evaluation device of an optical device with a shaking correction function. A laser autocollimator is used, so there is no need to arrange a mirror plane on a product. A rotation bench is used, so there is no need to waste time to change a measurement direction, and rotation shaking correction features can be cheaply evaluated. The device allows astorage body to serve as a correction body to rotate by taking an optical axis L of a camera as a rotation shaft through control of a control IC. By use of a camera, images of multiple displaying light emitting points are shot. According to change of gradients of the straight lines of the light emitting points in each image, image shaking around the optical axis L of the camera is known. In thisway, based on the gradients of the straight lines in multiple images, driving features of a rotation actuator when image shaking of a to-be-shot body image around the optical axis L of the camera is corrected are known. According to the driving features, by use of the above system, rotation shaking correction features of the optical device are evaluated.
