Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent rush current efficiently by arranging the constitution such that the resistor inserted in the power source line shorts when certain time has passed after power make.
CONSTITUTION: A resistor R2 is inserted in the power source line 14 so that it may be shorted by a transistor Q2. Immediately after a switch is turned on, the transistor Q2 is off, and the current is limited by the resistor R2 and rush current is prevented. After a certain time, the transistors Q1 and Q2 become ON by the output of a reset generating circuit 20, and the resistor R2 is shorted, so in normal conditions all the power source voltage is applied to a DC/DC convertor 17.
