The rush mat M1 is formed of a plurality of rush sheets S. In each rush sheet S, two rush threads are alternately woven in the warp, and a part 3, where the intervals of the warp are normal, and which has a prescribed width in the width direction of the rush sheet S, is disposed on either side of the rush sheet S in the cross direction. Parts 5 where the intervals of the warp are set wider and which have a prescribed width in the width direction of the rush sheet S, is disposed between the parts 3 where the intervals of the warp are normal on both sides. The rush sheets S are layered on one another in the direction of thickness and connected to one another.
