To carry out a series of rushing operations efficiently with less time and labor in a rope rushing method using a wire rope as a firm tying material.

A short tube-like clamp fitting 2 is inserted onto a wire rope 1. After the rope 1 is windingly hooked on loads C, an end 1a of the wire rope is again inserted into the clamp fitting 2. The end 1a and intermediate part 1b of the rope are fixedly caught by a tensing device 3 in both side outer surfaces of the clamp fitting 2 respectively. In the tensing operation, the rope 1 is sufficiently tensed so that the clamp fitting 2 is fixedly caulked by a clamp device 4 to fixedly bind the cross parts of the rope 1. Surplus parts of the rope are cut off by a rope cutter.
