To provide an eco-friendly rust-preventing composition which has a performance of satisfying rust-preventing qualities and an operation quality which are required for the back surface of a floor of a carbody, suspension parts of the carbody, a sack structure of the carbody and an overlapped part of plates, and contains a volatilizing organic solvent controlled to 20 mass% or less.
This rust-preventing composition includes 0.3 to 10 wt.% of ultraviolet curing resin with respect to the total composition made of rust-preventive oil and/or rust-preventive wax containing a non-volatile matter that does not volatilize even after kept at 105°C for three hours in an amount of 80 mass% or more, and a required amount of a photoinitiator, which are dissolved or dispersed therein.
