Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the inside of each pipe hole of a pipe plate in a state of preventing generation of rust for a long period of time.SOLUTION: Rust prevention covers 4 are arranged on both end sides of each of pipe holes 2 of a pipe plate 1 penetrated with a large number of pipe holes 2 extending parallel to each other in a thickness direction, and the outer peripheral edge of each rust prevention cover 4 is detachably mounted to the periphery of the pipe plate 1. Each rust prevention cover 4 is configured to include a base plate 5 using a metal plate or a ceramic plate, a continuous spacer 7 mounted to one side of the outer periphery of the base plate 5 to form a clearance 6 between the base plate 5 and the pipe plate 1, a desiccant 8 mounted to one side of the base plate 5 to convert a pipe hole 2 forming region into a dry atmosphere, and a magnet 9 mounted to the spacer 7. By such a configuration, each pipe hole 2 is shielded from the atmosphere and dried.
