The sheet attaching apparatus 5 is mounted on a supporting stand 6 made movable on the ground. In the sheet attaching apparatus, a plurality of receiving stands 7 rotatably supporting a support are provided in an axial direction on the upper face of the supporting stand 6, and above the supporting axis of each receiving stand, a pressing roller 30 is provided which rolls along the circumferential face of the support supported by the receiving stands and rotating, while pressing the rust prevention sheet 3 to the circumferential face of the support, the rust prevention sheet 3 being supplied from a direction orthogonal to the axis of the support.
