Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rust preventive cap having a simple structure, showing a facilitated fixing work and capable of manufacturing and fixing in compliance with bolts/nuts being used at present.SOLUTION: A first washer 4a arranged between a material 30 to be fastened and a nut 20 is provided with a male thread 4c at its outer peripheral part. A first cap 1 covering on the nut 20 is provided with a female thread part 1a engaged in thread with the male thread 4c of the first washer 4a and both a pouring port 1c for injection agent 6 poured between an inner wall 1b of the first cap 1 and the nut 20 and an air vent port 1d. A second washer 4b is provided with a male thread 4d at its outer peripheral part. A second cap 2 covered on a bolt head part 10a is provided with a female thread part 2a engaged in thread with the male thread 4d of the second washer 4b and both a pouring port 2c for the injection agent 6 poured between an inner wall 2b of the second cap 2 and the bolt head part 10a and an air vent port 2d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
