To provide a rust-resisting coating agent capable of forming a film having excellent rust-resisting properties, alkali resistance, water resistance, alcohol resistance, especially alcohol resistance under a heavy load, and processability, and having good adhesion, etc., when used as the coating agent for a metal surface, and to provide a laminated metallic material coated with the same.
This rust-resisting coating agent comprises an aqueous coating agent containing a polyolefin resin (A), a polyolefin resin (B), wax (C), and an aqueous medium, wherein the components (A), (B), and (C) are contained in amounts satisfying equations as follows: (A)/(B)=100/0 to 0/100 (in mass); and (C)/{(A)+(B)}=10/100 to 80/100 (in mass). The laminated metallic material is coated with the agent.
