Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed plastic tube for controlling the surface color change of a metal tube even when a water content generated by the condensation is interposed between the surface of the metal tube and the inner face of the foamed plastic tube, and keeping its rustproof effect for a long period of time.
SOLUTION: A coated film of a benzotriazole rustproof agent is formed on the whole of the inner peripheral face of a foamed plastic tube provided with the rustproof capability for heat insulation coating a metal tube. Also a manufacturing method for the rustproof foamed plastic sheet is constituted of a process of applying a benzotriazole roust proof agent containing solution on the rustproof foamed plastic tube and the one side surface of a foamed plastic sheet by brush transfer method and drying thereon and a process of forming the foamed plastic sheet with a rustproof coating film face into the tube shape with the coating film face facing inside.
