Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the workability and rustproofness by using a specified hydrocarbon solvent, a sulfurized ester, a purified mineral oil and/or synthetic oil, and specified compound(s) as the constituents.
CONSTITUTION: This composition is obtained by mixing 20-70wt.% hydrocarbon solvent having a vapor pressure at 25°C of 5.0×10-6 to 2.0×10-2MPa, 20-70wt.% sulfurized ester having a sulfur content of 5-20wt.%, 2-30wt.% purified mineral oil and/or synthetic oil, having a kinematic viscosity at 40°C of 5.0-2000mm2/S, and 2-20 wt.% of one or more compounds selected from an alkali (alkaline earth) metal salt or amine salt of sulfonic acid, having a base number of 0-500mgKOH/g, a metal salt of an oxidized wax, having a saponification value of 50-100mg-KOH/g, a partial ester of a 10-22C fatty acid and at least one polyhydric alcohol selected from glycerin, trimethylolpropane, pentaerythritol and sorbitan, and a lanolin fatty acid ester having a saponification value of 50-220mg-KOH/g.
