Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cubic structure by substituting a lithium site with Al, when adding Al to LiLaZrO(hereafter referred to as LLZ) excellent in ion conductivity in garnet-based materials.SOLUTION: In a synthesis method of Al-substituted garnet, Al is added to LLZ existing as a cubic phase at room temperature, a cubic structure is stabilized by substituting a lithium site with Al, and the density is heightened by a liquid phase sintering effect, to thereby improve physical properties of LLZ.
