Abstract:
CONSTITUTION: A saddle clamp device 10 is a fixture tool used when a branched saddle joint 110 is electrically fused and connected to an outer peripheral surface of a main pipe 100, and comprises: a pressing part 20 having a pair of saddle pressing units 30 for pressing both end portions in an axial direction of a saddle part 112; a connecting part 22 forming an annular body extending in a peripheral direction of the main pipe together with the pressing part; and a length adjustment part 24 capable of changing a length of the connecting part. In addition, the saddle pressing units have position setting parts 36 fitted to a position setting fitting part 122 formed at the saddle part to set positions of the saddle part and the pressing part at least with respect to a peripheral direction of the main pipe.EFFECT: It is possible to fix the branched saddle joint appropriately against the main pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
