To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle which enables a shock absorber to smoothly contract and expand even when the shock absorber swings in the lateral direction of the vehicle.
The shock absorber 100 is disposed along a direction with its upper end portion 100U connected to a vehicle body frame 40 via a linkage member 200. The linkage member 200 comprises an outer part 200a attached to the vehicle body frame 40 pivotably about an axis in a direction different from the direction and an inner part 200b attached to the outer part 200a pivotably about an axis in a direction different from the direction . The inner part 200b is disposed in a space formed inside the outer part 200a, and the upper end portion 100U of the shock absorber 100 is attached to the inner part 200b.
