To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle in which an electric component unit is not easily affected by heat from an engine and good maintainability is achieved.
A saddle-riding type vehicle 1 comprises: a head pipe; a main frame 8 extending backward and downward from the head pipe; a pair of left and right sheet frames 9 extending backward from the main frame 8; and a cross member 10 which connects the pair of sheet frames 9 with each other, the cross member 10 where at least a part thereof is disposed above the pair of sheet frames 9. The saddle-riding type vehicle 1 includes: a fuel tank 4 which is supported by the cross member 10; and an electric component unit 17 which is disposed at the front side of the cross member 10. At least a part of the electric component unit 17 is disposed below the fuel tank 4. Further, at least a part of the electric component unit 17 is disposed above the pair of sheet frames 9.
