To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle provided with catalytic devices in left and right exhaust gas flow passages and suppressing influence on a foot grounding property of the catalytic devices even when catalytic devices are large in size.
The saddle-riding type vehicle 1 comprises: the exhaust gas flow passages connected to a multi-cylinder engine 29 and arranged independently on the left side and right side of a vehicle body; the first catalytic device 31 provided in the middle of the left side exhaust gas flow passage; the second catalytic device 32 provided in the middle of the right side exhaust gas flow passage; and a swing arm 36 swingably supporting a rear wheel. The saddle-riding type vehicle 1 has mufflers 33, 34 connected to the exhaust gas flow passages more downstream than the first catalytic device 31 and the second catalytic device 32, respectively. The first catalytic device 31 and the second catalytic device 32 are arranged side by side below the swing arm 36.
