To provide a saddle riding type vehicle allowing a portable information terminal, such as a portable phone, to be held in a stable state.
A saddle riding type vehicle includes: a front fork to rotatably support a front wheel; a steering shaft coupled to the front fork and steerably supported on a vehicle body frame; and a steering system that a handle pipe is secured to a handle holder disposed on an upper part of the steering shaft. An eaves member is disposed at an upper part of the handle holder. The eaves member overhangs in all directions toward the outside of the handle holder. A voltage converter is secured to the eaves member. The voltage converter lowers a voltage supplied from a battery mounted on the saddle riding type vehicle. The eaves member and the voltage converter are assembled in a small set so as to be attachable to the saddle riding type vehicle.
