Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an output of an internal combustion engine through a simple and less-expensive structure at a saddle riding type vehicle having installed the internal combustion engine including a cylinder head having a pair of intake valves per cylinder arranged to be openable or closable and a valve gear constituted for driving to open or close the intake valves to each other under a different timing.SOLUTION: An intake port 28 arranged at a cylinder head 15 comprises a single common passage 28a having outer end opened at a side wall of the cylinder head 15 and a pair of respective passages 28b, 28c branched from the inner end of the common passage 28a opened into a combustion chamber 31 and respectively controlled for its opening or closing by a pair of intake valves in which an injecting direction 39 of a fuel injection valve 38 arranged at a more upstream side of an intake flowing direction than a branch part 28d from the common passage 28a of both respective passages 28b, 28c is directed toward the respective passage 28b of one of the pair of passages 28b, 28c and controlled to be opened or closed by an intake valve of fast valve timing of the pair of intake valves.
