Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle riding type vehicle capable of improving the degree of freedom of the layout of functional components around an engine by enabling a throttle motor to be disposed above the engine with an appropriate distance kept from a chain tensioner.SOLUTION: A throttle motor 26 is disposed between an upper surface of an engine 2 and an intake passage in a vehicle side view. Furthermore, the throttle motor 26 is disposed at a position at which a horizontal line H1 passing through a lower surface of the throttle motor 26 overlaps a chain tensioner 33 and at which an axial center 26a of the throttle motor 26 is deviated from the chain tensioner 33 in a front-rear direction.
