To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle with an interlocking brake device capable of reducing flexure of an operating force transmitting member even using the interlocking brake device provided separated from a vehicle body frame.

This saddle-riding type vehicle comprises an interlocking device 45 provided with an equalizer for branching and transmitting an operating force of a left brake lever to brake devices for front and rear wheels so as to interlock braking of the front and rear wheels by an operation of the left brake lever; and an interlocking brake cable 71, a brake piping 73 for a front wheel and a brake cable 72 for a rear wheel for connecting the left brake lever and the interlocking device 45, the interlocking device 45 and the brake device for the front wheel, and the interlocking device 45 and the brake device for the rear wheel, respectively. The interlocking brake cable 71 is connected to the equalizer from an upper part of the interlocking device 45, and the interlocking device 45 is arranged so that the upper part is inclined to be nearer a head pipe 12 than the lower part.
