For this engraving knife, at the tip end of a blade shaft 2 made of a metal which is attached to the top of a handle 1, a blade is formed, and a ring 3 which surrounds the blade, is fixed to the blade shaft 2 at a specified angle, or the ring 3 made of a metal is fixed to the top of the handle, and to the ring 3, a blade tip is fixed at a specified angle while facing inward. Under this structure, the ring 3 can be made turnable based on the tip end of the handle 1.
