Abstract:
PURPOSE: To moderate a shock of collision by rotating a driver's seat at collision.
CONSTITUTION: When a car collides, a collisional switch 1 detects collision and unfixes a rotating roller 6 of a rotary driver's cab 7. As a center of gravity of the rotary driver's cab exists on its lower side, the rotary driver's cab rotates so that the lower side moves forward by impact of collision. Consequently, impact force given to a driver is reduced as impact force is converted to turning force. Additionally, it is possible to avoid collision of a body of the driver.
