CONSTITUTION: Three conditions such as the presence/absence of a band feeding, the heater temperature being ascending (blinking), and a condition operatable (lighting up) are displayed by one display lamp P which is built in an operation button by detecting the condition of a band tip detecting limit switch LS and a set temperature of a heater H for band welding. The set temperature can be replaced by time.
