Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety box which is hardly opened by means of a crowbar or the like.
SOLUTION: The safety box has a box main body 2 molded in the shape of a box and having a flat plate part 2e and an opening in the upper part, an opening-closing cover 3 opening and closing the opening, a key part having an engaging part 9a, an engaging piece 3i engaging with the engaging part 9a, a lock plate engaging part formed in the end part in the direction of opening of the opening-closing cover 3 and a lock plate 6 which is provided on the rear side of the opening-closing cover 3, of which the base end side is fixed to the engaging piece 3i and of which the fore end is engaged with the lock plate engaging part. By applying an external force to the engaging piece 3i in a state wherein the engaging part 9 engages with the engaging piece 3i, the engaging piece 3i is moved to the front side of the box main body 2, the state of engagement of the lock plate engaging part of the opening-closing cover 3 with the lock plate 6 is thereby canceled and the lock plate 6 comes off. An opposed part made thereby opposite to the front-side end part of the flat plate part 2e is formed.
