Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety cabinet that can prevent ozone gas from leaking out from a work room during decontamination and decontaminate the work room by circulating the ozone gas into the work room.SOLUTION: The safety cabinet is configured to comprise: a cabinet main body 1; a shutter 4 which can open and close an opening part 3 which communicates with a work room 2; an air supply passage 5 for supplying air to the work room 2; an air exhausting passage 6 for exhausting air from the work room 2; a circulating passage 7 which connects the air supply passage 5 to the air exhausting passage 6; an air supply valve B1 provided in the air supply passage 5; an air exhaust valve B2 provided in the air exhausting passage 6; a circulation valve B3 provided in the circulating passage 7; an air blower 8; an ozone generator 13 which introduces ozone gas to the work room 2; a control unit 10 which controls the air supply valve, the air exhaust valve, the circulation valve, the air blower and the ozone generator 13; and air-tightly closing means 30 which can air-tightly close the opening part 3 with the shutter 4, which thereby can prevent the ozone gas from leaking out and circulate the ozone gas to the work room so as to decontaminate the work room at a CT value set by the ozone gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
