Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety cabinet that can prevent ozone gas from leaking out from a work room during decontamination and circulate the ozone gas in the work room, by which the work room can be decontaminated.SOLUTION: The safety cabinet comprises: a cabinet main body 1; a shutter 4 that can open and close an opening part 3 communicating with a work room 2; an exhaust passage 6 through which gas is exhausted from the work room 2; an exhaust valve B2 provided in the exhaust passage 6; a fan P1 for air supply/circulation provided in the work room 2; an ozone generator 13 that introduces ozone gas to the work room 2; a control portion 10 that controls the exhaust valve B2, the fan P1 for air supply/circulation and the ozone generator 13; and air-tightly closing means 30 that can air-tightly close the opening part 3 with the shutter 4. As gas in the work room 2 can be internally circulated, the ozone gas is prevented from leaking out and the ozone gas is internally circulated in the work room, so that the work room can be decontaminated with the ozone gas at set CT values.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
