This safety cabinet is constituted so that a working space on a working table is made clean by spouting a clean air current toward the working space, a waste vessel housing space is arranged below the working table, a negative-pressure air passage is arranged between the waste vessel housing space and the working table for sucking the air discharged from the working space, a connection cylinder is arranged to cross the negative-pressure air passage between a waste throwing-in opening arranged on the working table and an opening for fixing the waste vessel in the waste vessel housing space, and the waste vessel is fit closely to the connection cylinder.
