Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the reliability of sterilization by uniformalizing the concentration of formaldehyde at the time of sterilizing and to improve the sterilization workability.
SOLUTION: This safety cabinet is structured so as to connect a gas circulation passage 7 to the downstream side flow passage of a gas filtration means 5 for exhaust gas and to open one side of the gas circulation passage to a blower housing part, a stop valve 8 is provided in the gas circulation passage 7 and is closed at the time of operating the safety cabinet and is opened only while a blower 6 is operated at the time of sterilizing. The concentration of formaldehyde is uniformalized because the working in a tightly closed state at the time of sterilizing is facilitated and formaldehyde gas is circulated to the gas filtration means 5 for exhaust gas.
