To leave space for an obstacle without crushing the same by causing a spacer to move among a plurality of positions, and a work piece holder to move to a base part when the spacer encounters the obstacle.
A spacer 40 is formed and arranged so as to let moved among difference positions. In a first position, the spacer 40 allows a clamp die holder 28 to move to a base part 38. In a second position, the spacer 40 prohibits the clamp die holder 28 from moving to the base part 38. If there is an obstacle such as a human finger or the like the clamp die and a bent die, the spacer 40 is located in the first position to be prevented from falling between the clamp die holder 28 and the base part 38. The clamp die holder 28 starts to move in a right direction, but the same stops when it encounters the obstacle, and then a spring 59 is compressed.
