Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety confirmation system capable of suppressing the power consumption and communication costs of communication equipment, and suppressing the erroneous recognition or oversight of a confirming person by reducing his or her labor.SOLUTION: In a safety confirmation system, communication equipment 1 includes: a comparison processing part 13 for comparing an acquired meter pointer value v with a meter pointer value v0 acquired in the past to calculate a relative gas usage u; a notification determination part u for, when a predetermined condition related to the abnormality of a confirmed person is satisfied by the calculated relative gas usage u, determining that notification to a center is required; and a communication equipment control part 15 for, when it is determined that notification to the center is required by the notification determination part u, performing notification processing to the center, and the center includes a center control part 24 for, only when receiving notification from the communication equipment control part 15, notifying a confirming person of the possibility of the generation of abnormality in the confirmed person.
