To provide a safety device of a circuit breaker which can visually confirm a position of a lock lever fixing the circuit breaker to a mounting plate simply and certainly even in a state where an electric wire is wired to a distribution board, which reduces as much as possible the possibility that the electric wires led out from a wall surface or the like abuts on inner equipment and slide, and the lock between the inner equipment and the mounting plate is unlocked when the mounting work of the distribution board is performed, and which can simply perform correction operation when the correction work of the lock lever is required.
The safety device 104 includes: an extension part formed integrally with the lock lever 1041 by which the circuit breaker 1 is mounted and fixed to the mounting plate, and extended from the lock lever 1041; and a display part provided at the end of the extension part. When the circuit breaker 1 is located at a correct mounting position and the lock lever 1041 is not fixed, the display part can be visually recognized by protruding from the front side of a housing 102 of the circuit breaker 1 to the outside.
